Earlier this year — to celebrate the launch of our new HANDSOM x LIAM DILLON collaboration — we visited Liam at his studio within the Parigina footwear factory, where he works full time as a shoemaker.

We were first introduced to Liam Dillon’s designs by a HANDSOM customer, when spotted in store using her cleverly compact and custom made Tuk Wallet. The neatly enclosed inserts did not go unnoticed. We’ve been loyally stocking his products since. 

Liam’s sleek and sustainable leather goods — constructed from vegetable tanned kangaroo leather, or discarded cow hide-off cuts — have now seamlessly integrated into the store as staple HANDSOM accessories.

We’re lucky to have documented Liam’s impressive craftsmanship, and the undeniable charm of these traditional techniques. His appreciation and care for this very special leather is truly something to watch.
