The name and address and contact details of the person who will be receiving your shipment.

Any other personal information you are willing to disclose to us when you join our mailing list. You may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time.
Mailing List Terms & Conditions:
By joining our mailing list you consent to HANDSOM sending you emails. HANDSOM emails include but are not limited to information on product launches, competitions, sales and events.
You can choose to opt out of receiving our mailing list at any time by selecting the unsubscribe button at the bottom of a HANDSOM email.

Please ensure that you read and understand the terms and conditions carefully prior to shopping on the HANDSOM Online Store.

By placing an order on www.handsom-store.com you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions please be sure to contact us at email@example.com prior to placing your order.
Payment must be received in full for any order placed for the order to be accepted and shipped. Once payment is received an order confirmation will be sent to you at the email address provided.
Pricing on handsom-store.com is in Australian dollars including GST (goods and sales tax) at the current rate of 10%. Prices are exclusive of shipping and delivery charges. Customers who reside outside of Australia will not be subject to GST charge, however they may be subject to additional duty charges when the item enters the destination country.
HANDSOM does not have any control or influence on any customs duties or import tax charged when your order reaches its destination country. These additional charges will be the responsibility of the customer placing the order.

Availability of goods:
All goods are subject to availability. We endeavor to make all goods purchased available for delivery. If the item you order is unavailable we will notify you as soon as possible. A refund on any goods not available will be offered to you.
Accuracy of content:
HANDSOM takes great care in ensuring that the product description and specifications are correct at the time of publication. Due to differing browser software or computer systems used by customers there may be slight variation in colour representation.
Risk & Title:
Risk and title in the goods passes to you upon delivery of the goods to the delivery address.
If you are not satisfied with the goods you have purchased, you may contact HANDSOM at firstname.lastname@example.org or +61 3 9078 7306 within 7 days of receiving your goods to request a Return Authorisation.
Goods must be unused condition with all tags still attached.
Sale goods are those which have had the original price discounted or sold as part of a discounted promotion. Any order placed on a sale product is final. We are unable to offer a refund on discounted goods unless there is a manufacturing fault found.
All returns must be sent to: HANDSOM Returns, 163 Gertrude Street, Fitzroy VIC 3065 Melbourne, Australia.
Upon receiving returns, returned items will be inspected by our production team who will decide whether the item is deemed faulty. In the case of a faulty item we will endeavour to repair, replace or refund, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Subject to availability we will happily exchange your full priced items that have been retuned to HANDSOM within 14 days of being received by you. Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Exchange request must be emailed to email@example.com. If the goods requested are unavailable you will be issued with a store credit or a refund. Exchanges on sale items are subject to availability and will be made at HANDSOM’s discretion.
If you have requested a refund HANDSOM will refund the original purchase’s account. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Depending on form of initial payment refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.
Charges for a return or exchange:
Unless the item returned is deemed faulty all shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer.

HANDSOM accepts the return of unworn and unused items purchased in-store – in their original condition, upon presentation of the original invoice – within 14 days of purchase, for exchange or credit note. In-store purchases will not be refunded for change of mind. Please note that sale items or items purchased using a promotional discount code are not eligible for returns, credits or exchanges.
