Chinese Tobacco by 19-69.
“The ‘peace and love sign’ was designed in the 1950s by Gerald Holtom and was along with the peace hand sign adopted by anti-war activists during the 1970s. The name 19-69 stands for just this: freedom, tolerance and counterculture. The scent Chinese Tobacco by 19-69 is also a reminiscence of a visit I made to a restaurant in Kuala Terengganu. It was late at night, the air was filled with wonderful aromas from the kitchen area, while a group of men was smoking and playing cards."
The scent is Spicy and Woody.
Cosmetic cult brand 19-69 was founded by the Swedish artist and product developer Johan Bergelin. Each scent is inspired by a different era, culture or setting from Africa, Europe, the States and Asia. Art, music, trends and cultures have all left their marks on the fragrances both in terms of content, name and packaging. All fragrances are suitable for any gender.

Orders within Australia:
- Complimentary shipping on orders over $100
- $10 flat rate for orders below $100
- Express shipping option available for $15
- Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday are shipped same day
- Click & Collect is available Monday to Friday 11am – 6pm for customers located in Melbourne – you will receive a confirmation once your order is ready for collection
International orders are shipped with DHL or FedEx express courier service:
- New Zealand: $30 flat rate, or complimentary shipping on orders over $350 AUD
- Rest of world: $50 flat rate, or complimentary shipping on orders over $500 AUD
